We are looking for passionate youths from Phnom Penh & All provinces who are passionate about labor rights advocacy and solving social issues.
WHAT IS YLA?
Youth Labor Ambassador (YLA) Program is a Training of Trainer (ToT) program that will provide comprehensive training to youth on key aspects of labor rights, including:
Understanding labor laws and regulations
Recognizing and addressing labor exploitation
Advocating for fair labor practices and green jobs
Developing effective training and facilitation skills
WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
Passionate youths (18-25) from all Provinces and Phnom Penh
Interested in promoting positive social causes and sharing information about labor rights to your community
Willingness to host at least 1 workshop/training to local communities (you will receive a stipend per workshop/training that you host)
Ability to commit to the full duration of the program timeline (see key timeline)
Prior experience in training or facilitation is beneficial but not mandatory
Willingness to share knowledge and support others in their learning journey
