We are looking for passionate youths from Phnom Penh & All provinces who are passionate about labor rights advocacy and solving social issues.

WHAT IS YLA?

Youth Labor Ambassador (YLA) Program is a Training of Trainer (ToT) program that will provide comprehensive training to youth on key aspects of labor rights, including:

  • Understanding labor laws and regulations

  • Recognizing and addressing labor exploitation

  • Advocating for fair labor practices and green jobs

  • Developing effective training and facilitation skills

WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

  • Passionate youths (18-25) from all Provinces and Phnom Penh

  • Interested in promoting positive social causes and sharing information about labor rights to your community

  • Willingness to host at least 1 workshop/training to local communities (you will receive a stipend per workshop/training that you host)

  • Ability to commit to the full duration of the program timeline (see key timeline)

  • Prior experience in training or facilitation is beneficial but not mandatory

  • Willingness to share knowledge and support others in their learning journey
